We use tea in a range of beers to impart qualities that might surprise you: brightness, specific fruit flavors, grass, herbal aromatics, texture, and structure. We consider the entire spectrum of teas when formulating a new beer, and discover the best combinations through experimentation and conversation with producers. Join our head brewer, Paul Schneider, for an intimate, hands-on tasting and blending session using some of the best tea available alongside a spectrum of Cinderlands beer, from hop-forward IPAs and fermentation-driven saisons to an easy-drinking pilsner and a big, rich English-style barleywine.
